Carpet Cleaning

When cleaning carpet we do follow the guidelines set forth by the IICRC (institute of inspections, cleaning, and restoration certification). Our process is certified and received the highest rating of gold through the Carpet and Rug Institute. Our technicians are experienced, insured, and fully certified with the IICRC. We will move your small to medium size furniture before cleaning, but we don't move large furniture like beds, dressers, china cabinets, bookshelves, entertainment systems, and other large pieces. Our technicians will put protective corner guards around each of the corners in your home to be sure our hoses don't damage your walls. Then we will pre-treat the entire carpet with whatever cleaning products are needed. Next we use a rinsing agent to rinse it all away. This is the step that will flush all the soil away along with any cleaning residue so we will leave your carpet dirt and residue free. The cleaning and rinsing products we use are green certified and odor free. The equipment we use is a large truck-mounted unit. This type of machine is what most manufactures recommend and it will usually dry your carpet in about 2 to 5 hours. We also use a high-powered portable machine that is electric powered for use if requested or when it's not possible to use our truck-mounted unit. When done with the cleaning we move most furniture back to the original position and put plastic under the legs so they don't touch the wet carpet. We can also apply a fabric protector at an additional cost. Protector usually takes an additional hour or so to dry and helps with keeping the carpet clean longer and helps to protect it from spots and soil causing damage that can't be resolved by cleaning. If you have a pet odor problem we can apply a pet odor removal system to the spots after the cleaning which will help remove any odors that may have gotten into the backing, this is done at an additional cost and will take longer to dry. We always try to give you a good idea of the condition of your carpet and what you can do to maintain the life of it in the future. Most of the time complete spot removal is possible but sometimes spots and soil can cause damage that can't be removed completely.
