We have a Great Dane and two young children so we wanted a company that would not only clean our carpet but sanitize it so our one year old could crawl in comfort. When searching thru the many available carpet cleaners in our area my wife became overwhelmed by the choices. But after looking close at the credentials and making numerous phone calls the choice was easy. Precise carpet and upholstery cleaning were the most professional cleaners in our area. They arrived the morning of the appointment on time and well prepared to do the job. The two gentlemen Brett and Dirk explained what they were going to do and started placing corner protectors on all molding corners. Brett started on the living room carpet while Dirk started on the second floor cleaning our duct-work. The whole process took a little over an hour and when finished the house had no sign of our large dog, either on the carpets or in the air. A very professional company. We will use them again and we have already refered Precise Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning to our family and neighbors.
